I say spin, because you can get the option of having mango salsa on variety of meats and even an indistinguishable vegan option! The melody of flavors with onion and cilantro is enough to make my mouth water thinking about them! The 805 corn tortillas probably could use a bit more crispness, but it's a minor detail that could improve the experience overall.

Met Tony, the owner of the truck. He's passionate about his business and is friendly with his customers. I'm excited to see how the progress in SLO for how new they are.

Have dined here at this food truck several times now. The menu is massive... almost as big as the burritos! Everything is so well prepared, fresh and massive portions! Best mexican food in the entire central coast, hands down. One time they made a small mistake on my order, so when I called... the owner told me to come back. When I did he gave my daughter and I an entire free dinner!

Incredibly convenient and delicious food! Moving around local businesses for lunch and dinner, this taco truck provides an expansive menu and giant burritos! I've had the tacos, burritos, and quesadillas and all are incredible. I've never had a quesadilla like Taquiera 805's. It's full of meat, cheese, veggies, salsa and whatever else you want... and it's huge!

Love Tony. The owner is a great guy. Can tell that he cares about his customers and wants to go the extra mile. Food is dialing in. Would recommend the Al Pastor and especially the quesadillas (they are huge). Price is comparable to other places in town. Food size is "come hungry." The stand out from this place is the service and the mango salsa. They do the basics well. Savory Meat, onion, cilantro, tortilla. No other adornments needed.

Two of my friends catered food from him for their weddings and they were sooooo delicious!!!!!!! I found out he cooks everything from scratch and gives people such a great deal when catering. I decided to cater from him for the appetizer. I personally loves his guacamole and salsa. His guac is so fresh and refreshing that I can eat them everyday! Tony, the owner, is so cool and pleasant to work with. He tries his best to give you the best deal you can get for the food that's made from scratch. I didn't have a budget for the appetizer for my wedding initially, but my fianc and I had to make it work so that our guests can be spoiled with his guac, salsa, and rose watered lemonade (my fianc and I love lemonade so it works out the best for us!). Thanks to Tony, he works with you to make it happen. Speaking of it, I want his guac so bad right now. :)

We just had a 40th birthday party for my husband with 80 friends and family. Our guests ranged in age from 1 year old to grandparents. Everyone was super satisfied and enjoyed the delicious tacos, rice and beans, and guacamole. The food was awesome, the service was amazing, and Tony is friendly and professional. We will definitely be using his services again!

This taco trailer is usually at Bang the Drum Brewery for Taco Tuesday. I have heard that many of the menu items are good but personally I've never made it past the dollar tacos.

I have had a variety of tacos. The beef and chicken are both very good. They come street style with the small tortillas but are loaded with plenty of meat.

Also available is vegetarian but no, I didn't go there. I'm guessing they are good because they sell out.

Last but not least is the al pastor. Possibly the best flavored al pastor I've had. I asked the owner Tony about it and he told me he makes the marinade himself. He also described some of the special ingredients he uses but those details were lost after a couple beers.

You can pick mild, medium or spicy. The mild is just that, mild but tasty. The medium adds some nice flavor but does impart a lingering heat. The spicy- don't unless you're a pro.

My favorite taco stop in SLO. Great service, and even better food. You cannot find a deal like the $1 tacos on taco Tueday anywhere else! 805 puts the customer first, offers a variety of tasty drinks (the mango being my favorite), and man is that quesadilla delicious. The trinity burrito is a treat and they also offer delicious breakfast options every so often. Best in the county!

We love this place! Best Mexican food with fast and friendly service. Reasonable prices and big portions. Highly recommended this place to everyone.

Upon trying Taqueria 805, I didn't think good Mexican food in SLO existed. I went for Taco Tuesday & got one chicken, one carne asada & one al pastor. The carne asada taco was amazing--by far the most flavorful & juicy. Pair your tacos with some brews from Bang the Drum and you got yourself an awesome meal!

Possibly my favorite joint to visit on Taco Tuesday! Very authentic carne asada, chicken and pastor Tacos! The brewery that the truck is located in front of offers plenty of seating. Tacos and beer, what a combo!

So yummy! Every flavor of taco is good you can't go wrong! Also as a vegetarian the Soyrizo option is amazing!! They have three salsa option of varying heat but hot is the way to go.

While tacos are definitely the hit, they also have quesadillas and burritos. Definitely dip the quesadilla in some of their homemade guacamole to make it extra good! Get a free side with check in it just buy it because it's worth it :))

Tony, the owner, saved my proverbial behind after another vendor backed out two weeks prior to our pickleball tournament with an estimated 400 people to feed. They showed up on time, were where they were supposed to be and fed our hungry group. I got nothing but positives from our group. Hats off to Tony!

We had Taqueria 805 cater our wedding and were blown away by their service! Our guests were completely in love with their tacos and salsa bar. Their carne asada and their guac is amazing! We are so happy to have had their professional team serve our guests on our big day. Everything went so smoothly and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to cater and event or party!! P.S. you should always have tacos at your parties :))
